The circular keg that makes everything easier.

KegCycleA freshly tapped beer always tastes good. But what if even the keg could be refreshing? Traditional beer kegs are what they have been for decades: heavy, steel barrels sent endlessly around to be rinsed, filled, emptied and rinsed again. The same cycle, over and over again. It works, but it's not smart.

KegCycle thought: there must be a better way.
And knocked on pilipili's door.

A vessel that does not dirty itself.

The answer is Kegcycle: a modular plastic beer keg that is fully circular. The key is in the construction. A recyclable inner bag keeps the beer separated from the keg. No contact, no contamination, no rinsing process required. After use, just take out the bag, put in a new one, done.

No car wash. No chemistry. No water consumption. No hassle.

For large brewers, it means lower costs. For small and medium-sized breweries without automatic rinse lines, it opens doors that were previously closed.

Lighter, smarter, greener.

Our plastic drums are up to sixty percent lighter than steel. That makes them easier to handle, more efficient to transport and gentler on the planet. Less weight, less fuel, less CO2.

But light does not mean fragile. Extra ribs give the keg sturdiness and stability, even during intensive use. The ergonomic handle makes lifting and placing comfortable. And the stackable shape ensures order and space saving, from brewery to bar.

Circular to the core.

Kegcycle is not a recyclable product with a green sticker. It is a closed circular system. The kegs are made of mono-material plastic. At the end of their life cycle, they are returned through collection points, crushed and processed into new ones. No waste, no waste. Material that keeps going around.

Its modular design makes it even smarter: worn parts are easily replaced and recycled separately. This keeps the vessel in circulation longer and only what is needed is replaced.
